Class Descriptions
Kickbox, legs and core: 30 minutes of punching and kicking combos combined with Intervals to blast fat and have fun. The next 30 minutes focuses on toning the lower body and core for long, lean legs and defined abs!
TRX Cardio Sculpt Blast: Intervals of cardio and sculpt alternating between the TRX and weights as well as other fun equipment to challenge and motivate you. Guaranteed to make you sweat and feel your muscles burn!
HIIT (high intensity interval training): Basic cardio intervals performed in specific ratios of work and rest to increase cardio endurance and speed. This is a fun and challenging cardio class which blasts fat while burning calories!
Pure Strength: Full body toning using a variety of equipment such as TRX, stability and medicine balls, weights, bars, bands, glides and balance boards to challenge every muscle in your body from large to small.
TRX Boot Camp: Performing two 1 minute cardio intervals followed by TRX upper body, lower body, 30 second leg interval and a core exercise.

Customized group classes available. You bring the people you
want to workout with, choose your class type, the day(s) and the
time. I will then personally design a class just for your group
based on your needs, wants and goals!
