Fall Classes Now Forming!

For the Fall I am offering small group fitness classes.

Fall Fitness Classes

All classes are 1 hour long

Schedule 

Monday 9:15 am Cardio Sculpt (fun, intense mix of short cardio bursts followed by compound exercises for the upper and lower body)

Tuesday 5:45 am Kick and Sculpt (30 minutes of intense kicking and punching intervals followed by 30 minutes of fast paced total body sculpting to tone and tighten your body)

Wednesday 9:15 am Total Body Sculpt (anything goes mix of weight training using medicine balls, stability balls, glides, body bars and free weights)

Thursday 5:45 am Cardio Sculpt (fun, intense mix of short cardio bursts followed by compound exercises for the upper and lower body)

Friday 9:15 am Kick and Sculpt (30 minutes of intense kicking and punching intervals followed by 30 minutes of fast paced total body sculpting to tone and tighten your body)


Class size is limited to 6 people. Per class fee is $15. Sign up is either via email to cheryl@customfitnessllc.com 24 hours in advance or pre-paid classes with scheduled times. It is recommended that you schedule times in advance and pre-purchase classes in order to guarantee that you are able to take the class and the time you want.

You can come as many as five times a week or as little as once a week. Bring a friend and receive a free class! Your first class is free for you to try.

Classes available:

Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Boxing with bag and gloves, Stability ball training, Glide and Sculpt, Step Interval, Power Sculpt, Cardio Sculpt and Circuit training. sports classes also available to increase speed and power in athletes.

New Feature:

Customized group classes available. You bring the people you want to workout with, choose your class type, the day(s) and the time. I will then personally design a class just for your group based on your needs, wants and goals!
