consultation and fitness evaluation. This includes body composition,
cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength/endurance
and goal setting. Based upon this assessment we will design an
individualized program for you which will include built in exercise
progressions, goal tracking and periodic evaluations to
insure you reach
your goals. Rewards are given upon achievement of your goals. We have found
that acknowledging your achievements is a key factor in keeping up
motivation and enjoyment in your individualized program.

We offer private, semiprivate and small group training sessions. Pricing is based on Trainer. Package pricing is available for added savings.
