Each personal training session is private
unless you choose to bring someone to share in your training.
You will receive 100% focus and dedication from me during every
training session.
Your customized training experience begins with a free
consultation and fitness evaluation. This includes body composition,
cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength/endurance
and goal setting. Based upon this assessment I will design an
individualized program for you which will include built in exercise
progression, goal tracking, periodic evaluations to insure you reach
your goals and rewards upon achievement of your goals. I have found
that acknowledging your achievements is a key factor in keeping up
motivation and enjoyment in your individualized program.
